Cancellation Policy
At Kolapuri Centre, we strive to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please read the following policy carefully.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately with your Order ID via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be initiated to your original payment method.
Orders Already Dispatched
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you no longer wish to receive the product, you may refuse delivery (where applicable). Any refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy after the product is received back and passes quality inspection.
Custom or Personalized Orders
Orders that include:
- Custom sizing
- Personalized designs
- Made-to-order products
cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Cancellation by Kolapuri Centre
We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Product becomes unavailable due to inventory issues.
- Incorrect pricing or product information.
- Payment could not be verified.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners.
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are generally initiated within 2–3 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
