Shipping policy

We provide all products made at  www.kolapuricentre.co.in to your doorstep with the help of our courier partners.

• The large majority of our orders are shipped within 24 working hours of the order and delivered in 4-5 working days from shipping. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
• Currently, we deliver to locations only inside India
• We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
• In the unlikely event, if we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, subject to the reasons not in our hands, we shall cancel the remaining un-shipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the un-shipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at:
• +91 9830886587 (Weekdays 10.30 am to 8.30 pm) or mail us at care@kolapuricentre.co.in mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

• You can track your orders in Account section under the Main Menu section. You will also receive a SMS and mail from our shipping partners with the relevant tracking details.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
